1. Every post written in this section must bring something to the discussion. Posts like "ok" or "I like it" will first be removed, and the notorious offenses you will be punished warn.
2. The statement may not contain:
a) profanity and racist, religious as well as pornographic, Nazi or other prohibited by law in Poland
b) abusive texts in relation to other forum members or anyone and cursing,
c) terms like "Austrian Mafia" - that is abusive to athletes or promoting conspiracy theories
Each such message will be automatically punished warn
3. It is forbidden to:
a) excessive capitalization (max. 2-3 words)
b) serial spelling mistakes, as well as violation of the basic principles of the English language (eg. not beggining sentence with a capital letter) or total forgetfulness of punctuation (eg. interminable sentences without beginning or end). People who have problems with spelling should use tools for checking errors immediately in the web forms (eg. Google Toolbar)
c) placing the posts of texts and videos (or links leading to it) in a other than English language without translation or shortcut explanations, presenting the most important points of the text / speech
d) too extensive quote other posts (quoting images / videos without removing the tag, quoting the whole post when referring only to the section)
e) moving subjects however associated with the policy, unless moderators exceptionally to allow it in the appropriate topic.
All of the above offenses will result in a verbal warning and moderation / deleted post. In the case of persistent breaking any of the items above, the penalty will warn.
4. Writing a post at the post at a distance of less than 3 days will be the habitual repetition punished with a warning.
5. In the case of inserting the results of competitions insert only direct links with the results of the competition organizer (eg. FIS, PZN)
